How we've helped our clients

  • Problem

    Our client sells their products online through an e-commerce platform. They have a huge selection of very similarly named products (types of user licenses for a popular special-purpose software).

    Solution

    We set up and managed their products in the third-party shopping platform, but because doing so by hand would have taken an enormous amount of time and would have been extremely error-prone because of the close similarity of the product titles, we collated their entire product palette (with all auxiliary elements) elegantly in a single xml file, then generated an automated import for the shop system. Having this option makes life so much easier: It reduces not only the amount of time it takes to make changes in the products itself, it also allows for price changes (in up to 30 currencies), changes in product titles products descriptions (in up to 12 languages) and additional, related shop texts for a host of categories. The amount of time saved each time they change or adjust products in their shop is enormous.

    A client sells their product online. Because their product is used heavily by public organizations, they receive a great many inquiries from professional third-party resellers who deal with such entities.
