How does your service work?

We offer PREPAID and SUBSCRIPTION plans. Once payment is received, you are eligible for any services listed on our website or otherwise agreed upon.

This model gives you unprecedented freedom and flexibility: Simply call or write and let us know what you need done. We will perform the work within the timeframe stated in your plan. With a prepaid plan, any unused time will carry over until the stated expiration date. With a subscription plan, unused time carries over until the next billing, but does not accumulate over time.

How does my job get done, how do I actually receive support?

It's simple! You can send us your work requests in various ways, whichever suits you best: Log into our (Service Center), give us us a call, send us an email, or simply text us. We'll then get our technicians on it as soon as possible and work towards resolving it quickly, while keeping in touch with you every step of the way.

You list a great many and very diverse services. Are they all really available under the same single low pricing scheme?

Yes. We work under a generic retainer model that makes it possible for us to offer a singularly simple and highly affordable pricing model even for advanced technical services.

As you probably know, hourly rates for IT services average between $100 and $250. We can offer much lower rates because we strive for low overhead, because we highly diversify our services, and, above all, because we believe that everyone should be able to afford good IT all-around service.

Do you provide services not explicitly listed?

Yes, we do. And, in fact, the vast majority of services we perform is not even explicitly listed--there are so many individual facets to most tasks that it would be impossible to list everything.

We strive to solve as many problems for our clients as we can. Our specialty is to free you of as many of the annoying tasks that tend to take surprisingly large amounts of time.

In general, there are no tasks too small. But since each task tends to beget more, previously unconsidered new tasks, and since all these small tasks rapidly add up, we have adopted a straightforward retainer model that lets you book blocks of service time in advance. So whenever something comes up, simply open a service ticket with us and we will try to take care of it for you right away, even if it is not specifically listed.

Will you perform tasks on my premises or related to my local infrastructure, such as fix a computer, install software, or configure a local network?

We only work remotely. That means that we can tackle any task that can be resolved via internet (including the use of Remote Desktop or similar forms of remote access). But most issues related to local hardware and software do not fall under this category.

How does payment work?

  2. Then get in touch with us through the contact form or via email
  3. We will set up a partner account and issue you a customer ID number

As soon as your payment is received, we will immediately credit the paid-for service time to your customer account. From then on, simply contact us via our service portal, by email, contact form, phone, or text message whenever you need support.

Where can I see how much service time I still have left under this month's contract?

You will be able to see this and other information in our new client portal (coming soon). Until then, we will mail the information to you.
